    Guest Policy & House Rules

    To ensure every guest enjoys a safe, peaceful, and comfortable stay, INSATA Hospitality has established the following Guest Policy and House Rules.

    At INSATA Hospitality, we are committed to providing professionally managed serviced apartments for business travellers, corporate guests, families, and leisure travellers.

    By confirming your reservation and checking into any INSATA property, you agree to comply with the following Guest Policy and House Rules. Failure to comply may result in refusal of check-in, termination of stay, additional charges, or other action as deemed appropriate by management.

    1.Check-In & Check-Out

    • Standard check-in: 12:00 PM
    • Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
    • Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo identification during check-in.
    • Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa in accordance with applicable regulations.

    2.Guest Verification

    • Guests must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation or check in independently.
    • Guest verification is mandatory for all occupants as required under applicable Indian regulations.
    • Identification issued in the same city as the property may not be accepted for a stay at that property, subject to management discretion and applicable property policies.
    • Unmarried couples are not permitted to stay at INSATA properties.
    • INSATA Hospitality reserves the right to refuse admission where valid identification or required verification cannot be completed.

    3.Occupancy Limits

    • Each apartment has a maximum permitted occupancy, which is communicated during the booking process.
    • Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the accommodation.
    • Additional guests beyond the approved occupancy are not permitted without prior written approval and may incur additional charges.
    • Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the stay.

    4.Visitor Policy

    • Visitors may be permitted only with prior approval from property management.
    • Visitors may be required to present valid government-issued identification.
    • Overnight visitors are strictly prohibited unless approved by management and appropriately registered.
    • Registered guests remain fully responsible for the conduct and actions of their visitors.

    5.Housekeeping

    • Housekeeping services are provided according to the booking category and length of stay.
    • Long-stay guests will be informed of the scheduled housekeeping frequency during check-in.
    • Additional housekeeping services may be requested, subject to availability and applicable charges.
    • Guests are requested to secure personal valuables before housekeeping visits.

    6.Smoking, Alcohol & Prohibited Substances

    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, corridors, and indoor common areas.

    • Consumption of alcohol within guest rooms or common areas is not permitted.
    • The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
    • Any violation may result in cleaning charges, cancellation of the stay, or further action as deemed appropriate by management.

    7.Noise & Quiet Hours

    • Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Loud music, excessive noise, social gatherings, parties, or events are strictly prohibited.
    • Guests are expected to respect the comfort, privacy, and safety of other guests and neighbouring residents.

    8.Kitchen & Appliance Use

    • Where the apartment includes kitchen facilities, they are provided for light personal cooking only.
    • Commercial cooking, catering activities, or cooking methods that create excessive smoke, odour, or fire hazards are prohibited.
    • Guests are responsible for using all appliances safely and maintaining cleanliness during their stay.

    9.Property Care & Damage

    • Guests are expected to use the apartment, furniture, fixtures, appliances, and common facilities responsibly.
    • Any damage, loss, excessive cleaning requirement, or misuse of property may result in repair, replacement, or cleaning charges.
    • Where applicable, such charges may be deducted from a security deposit or invoiced separately.

    10.Pets

    • Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from INSATA Hospitality.
    • Certified service animals may be accommodated subject to prior notification and applicable regulations.

    11.Safety Guidelines

    Guests are requested to:

    • Familiarise themselves with emergency exits and safety instructions.
    • Keep room doors securely locked when leaving the apartment.
    • Immediately report any maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or safety concerns.
    • Avoid tampering with smoke detectors, fire alarms, extinguishers, CCTV equipment, or other safety systems.

    12.Prohibited Activities

    • Use of illegal substances or unlawful activity of any kind
    • Storing hazardous, flammable, or restricted items
    • Sub-letting the apartment or hosting commercial events without approval
    • Any activity that disturbs the peace, safety, or dignity of other guests or staff

    13.Wi-Fi & Digital Use

    High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for personal and business use. Guests are expected to use the network responsibly and refrain from illegal downloads, streaming of prohibited content, or activities that violate applicable laws.

    14.Lost & Found

    Items left behind after departure will be retained for a limited period, subject to operational policy. Guests requesting the return of lost belongings may be required to bear applicable courier or shipping charges.

    INSATA Hospitality is not responsible for cash, jewellery, valuables, perishables, or personal belongings left unattended.

    15.Right of Admission & Termination of Stay

    INSATA Hospitality reserves the right to refuse admission, deny check-in, or terminate a stay without liability where:

    • Property policies are violated
    • Valid identification cannot be produced
    • Fraudulent booking information is provided
    • Guest behaviour threatens the safety or comfort of others
    • Illegal, abusive, or disruptive conduct occurs

    Where applicable, refunds shall be governed by the confirmed booking terms and our Refund Policy.

    16.Long-Stay Guidelines

    For long-stay bookings, additional guidelines may apply covering housekeeping frequency, utility consumption, maintenance windows, and periodic inspections. These are shared and agreed in writing at the time of booking.
